Virgini­a G. "Ginger" Williams

As a professional services’ marketing consultant since 1991, Ginger focuses on the built environment, assisting architects, engineers, and construction firms
improve their access to the design and construction marketplace 
through business development strategies.  Her 28 years of professional service experience includes business and marketing strategic planning to create more profitable market opportunities; development of productive client retention programs; and facilitation of the overall marketing effort for the small to mid-size firm.  She has provided innovative strategies for  teaming, proposal development, and interview coaching
and training 
for over 50 professional firms.  In addition, she is particularly
astute at infrastructure analysis and formulating recommendations
to support planned growth. Ginger has also facilitated a number of
successful acquisitions and mergers within this industry.

She holds a Master of Education Degree from the University of North Texas
with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Howard Payne University,
and began her career as an educator. Her civic and professional credits include: President of the Society of American Military Engineers-Dallas;
Committee Chair of the Society of Marketing Professional Services;
and member of the Strategic Advisory Committee of UTSWMC’s
Dallas Family Area Network and DART’s Minority Affairs Committee.
Ginger currently serves as Board Chair for Drug Prevention Resources, Inc.

Monica S. Wommack

Monica’s 25-year career has been successfully marketing professional services
for A/E/C businesses throughout DFW.  She is recognized for her ability to
listen and articulate her clients' business because of her capacity to
comprehend their individual issues. Her knack for translating technical data into everyday language allows her to help clients better express their offerings.
Years of planning and development for firms with diverse architectural and
engineering services have proven that in-depth research and analysis
makes the difference in the effectiveness of any marketing program. These approaches have helped clients develop very effective marketing strategies.

Monica is methodical and organized and has the insight to create order from chaos and to use that insight to develop internal marketing systems that are logical, orderly and that work.  She applies these organizational talents in tandem with creative and technical skills to also help firms build the internal foundation that will define and drive successful marketing.

She was honored in 2003 with a Marketing Achievement Award from the
Society of Marketing Professional Services, and named to the local chapter
Hall of Fame in 2006.  She was a business major at Texas Tech in Lubbock,
and is active in professional associations in Dallas: Past President, SMPS;
President’s Advisory Council Dallas Architecture Forum; and is currently a
committee chair for Women in Transportatio
